ANN MARGVELASHVILI

Georgian National Museum; Dmanisi Paleoanthopology Field School coordinator

The main interest of studies is focused on the evolution of hominin dental occlusion and its correlations with craniofacial morphology. Research also examines the biomechanical properties and impact of food processing on the development of the masticatory system and exploration of the dental wear patterns.
